Terms & Conditions
Our prices include: The services specified in each criteria, rooms with private bath or shower in the hotels indicated or similar. Rooms have 2 double beds or 1 king size bed with private facilities, there are no 3 or 4 bed rooms in any of the hotels mentioned. Maximum 4 persons per room.

Not Included: Air fares, entry or exit visa expenses to any country, passport, personal tips such as guides, drivers, local guides, bellboys, etc., extras of any kind in the hotels, airport taxes, and airline tickets, excess baggage; in general any type of service or expense that is not duly specified in the itineraries or in general any expense of a personal nature is not included.

Luggage: A maximum of one normal size suitcase per person will be transported free of charge. Excess baggage will be accepted as long as the carrying capacity of the vehicle allows it, upon payment of a certain amount, and can always be rejected at the discretion of the guide. It is clear that the decision, in the last resort, will correspond to the guide or to the driver of the vehicle in case of not having a guide. Luggage is not the object of the transportation contract, it being understood for all purposes that the traveler always keeps it with him, regardless of the part of the vehicle in which it is placed and that it is transported by the traveler at his own risk, without the Organizer being contractually liable for the loss or damage it may suffer for any reason whatsoever. Luggage is handled free of charge and is transported at the passenger's risk. Galaxy is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during the handling of the same.

Documentation: It is the responsibility of each traveler to be provided with a valid passport and equipped with all the necessary requirements. The Organizer declines all responsibility in case of being rejected by any authority the visa connection, for lack of any of the requirements that demand or defect of the passport; and it will be on behalf of the traveler any expense that is originated, applying in these circumstances the conditions established for cancellations and voluntary rejection of services. Hotels The time of arrival at the hotels is scheduled from 14:00 hours and departure at 11:00 hours. In the event that the arrival is scheduled before 14:00 hours, it may be the case that the room is not provided until that time. If you wish to extend your stay after the check-out time, you must notify the reception and pay directly to the hotel the amount of the additional stay.

Gratuities: in Group Reservations (Not included unless otherwise indicated, applicable to all our IT's). The hotels in Orlando do not require gratuities, so in the "Orlando only" programs and attractions you can pay at your discretion. In these events it has a value of USD $9.00 per person, including airport and hotel. Baggage handling is 1 piece of normal dimensions per person. Important Note (Combined Miami and Orlando). In groups: gratuities are mandatory and have a value per person adult / youth / minor of USD $20.00 (for hotel category A/B); $25.00 (for hotel category C); $30.00 (for hotel category D).
ast Minute Requests: In case the Agency requesting the services does not have a credit balance, the confirmation and provision of the services are subject to the approval of our Accounting Department. Any cancellation costs must be covered by the Agency that requested the reservation. Flights It is the responsibility of the agencies requesting the services to send us the arrival and departure flights at least three days prior to the arrival of the passengers. Galaxy is not responsible for refunds for transfers not provided due to lack of flight information.

  • Payment may be sent to GALAXY by cashier's check via courier as long as the Wholesaler and/or agency, for some reason, is in the PREPAID category. It must arrive in time to be cleared by the bank (at least 5 working days are required for clearing).   • With Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover, you can issue the payment by entering here, filling out a form with the card owner's information and placing the Locator Number where the payment should be applied. You must add to the total of your reservation the additional 5% since we work with a financial company (Card Services International), once the payment is validated we will send you the corresponding receipt.

General Responsibilities:
Galaxy Vacations Inc and its representatives and/or agents, explicitly state that they act as intermediaries between clients and companies such as hotels, attractions, and sometimes transportation, etc. They therefore disclaim all responsibility for accidents occurring in vehicles not owned by Galaxy, strikes and other irregularities that may occur during the trip. Galaxy Vacations Inc. also declares that it absolutely DISCLAIMS any responsibility for reimbursement for any service not provided due to circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, hurricanes, or other circumstances that may occur. The passenger who for any personal reason, be it necessity, whim, illness, or simply not being on schedule as described, and does not take any service, will not be entitled to any refund whatsoever. Galaxy Vacations Inc, reserves the right to change itineraries, substitute hotels, travel dates and other services in order to provide for the success of the tour. Galaxy Vacations Inc. does not guarantee services not confirmed and prepaid to Galaxy Vacations, unless such agent has made prior arrangements.

Claims and Refunds:
A total of 30 days after services are provided to make claims or returns. After this period of time any type of claim will not be processed.
